2024 Eastern Shore Boys HS and Youth Fall “Sixes” Lacrosse

The registration fee is $30.  Registration includes a sublimated reversible game jersey that you keep.  Youth divisions can rent equipment for an additional $60 if needed (equipment rental carries over to the spring outdoor season for Falcon members). We only play games so there are no practices during the fall Sixes season. We will be playing “Sixes” 6v6 lacrosse, which is played by World Lacrosse, the Official International Governing Body of the sport. Sixes lacrosse games are fast-paced and exciting, requiring a blend of individual skills and teamwork.

·         Smaller Field Size (70 x 30)

 ·         6 Players Aside Includes 1-Goalie, 5-Field
 ·         More playing time and more touches on the ball
 ·         30-Second Shot Clock
 ·         Running Quarters
 ·         Goalies Initiate play after goals are scored, faceoffs only at the start of each quarter
 ·         Everyone plays both sides of the field (Defense/Offense)
 ·         Substitutions are all on the fly
 ·         Any out-of-bounds results in a turnover, even on shots
 ·         Flow of the game emphasizes tempo
